3D Maps now available on Google Android
12th of August 2011
Google has recently added a facility to view buildings in 3D when you use its Maps app on the latest Androids handsets. The new facility to view building in 3D isn’t actually confined to London. Allegedly, the first UK cities to get the 3D treatment were Birmingham and Cardiff.
Now Google has added London along with other major global cities like Paris, Barcelona, Stockholm, Singapore, Lisbon and Boulder (Colorado). Apparently Buenos Aires in Argentina has received the 3D treatment, too.
Google maps are available across the range of city.mobi sites from World Mobi.
